The order is delivered to the door. If payment for the order is received after 13:00, it is transferred to the courier service the next day.

Cost of delivery for mainland Spain:

• 5 EUR for orders under 100 EUR;
• free for orders over 100 EUR.

Delivery takes 1-2 business days.

Cost of delivery to Canary Islands:

• 8 EUR for orders under 100 EUR;
• free for orders over 100 EUR.

Delivery takes 3-7 business days.

Cost of delivery to Balearic Islands:

• 7 EUR for orders under 100 EUR;
• free for orders over 100 EUR.

After paying for the order, you will receive a confirmation letter from the courier service, it must contain the tracking number of the order, use it for parcel tracking on their website.

This region has a duty-free threshold, parcels worth up to €150 are duty-free. However, all packages are subject to 21% IGIC tax. Customs payments are calculated including the cost of delivery.

For goods valued above €150, the following tariffs apply:

• customs duty in the amount of up to 15% of the order value;
• 21% import tax.

For example, if your order is valued at €200, customs will invoice you:

• up to €30 customs duties;
• up to €42 tax.

Payments are accepted via bank cards: Visa, Maestro or Mastercard.

Payment procedure:

1. Select the bank card field.
2. Go to the payment page, enter your bank card details (card number, expiration date, CVV, cardholder's name and surname) and click "Pay".
3. After filling out the card details, you may be redirected to your bank's page to enter your security code. It is required to confirm your identity.

If the payment is not confirmed, please contact your card issuing bank.

Pay for your order online in a couple of clicks using the PayPal electronic payment system for fast and secure payments.

If you are registered on PayPal, you only need to log in with your email address and password to pay.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, after you have confirmed the payment, go to the PayPal website and click "Register". Enter all required information and click "Open account".

Instructions for payment without PayPal:

1. Select "Create an invoice".
2. Fill out the form provided.
• Select your country from the list.
• Enter the card details: number, expiration date, security code, name and surname of the cardholder.
• Enter your billing address.
3. If the billing address and delivery address match, tick the checkbox. If not, remove the checkmark from the checkbox and enter the shipping address.
4. Check all entered data and click the "Continue" button.

Warning! If you would like to save time and use PayPal for future payments, we recommend you register on PayPal.

After payment is made, which takes place instantly, order status will show "Completion". This means that the order will be handed over to the delivery service within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Choose card payment when placing your order and tick the box agreeing to the company's terms. Then click "Proceed to Payment" and on the next page, click "Pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay."

Pay for the order by invoice at any bank branch.

Payment procedure:

1. After placing your order, click the "Print receipt" button and go to the page with the completed invoice form.
2. Print and pay the invoice at any bank branch or pay the invoice using online banking.

Please note:

• The created order is reserved and stored for 5 calendar days from the date of creation.
• If payment is not received by the set deadline, it will be automatically cancelled and the ordered products will be returned to stock.
• Please check the time for funds to be credited at your bank branch. Typically it takes 1 to 3 working days to receive your payment.
• Banks may charge a fee for funds transfer that is not included in the invoiced amount. Please contact your bank for more information about such fees.

You can pay for up to 50% of your order with bonuses..

If your bonus account balance is positive, "Use Coral Wallet" fucntion will automatically apply the amount of available bonuses to the payment amount.

If you do not want to pay with bonuses, untick this box, choose any convenient payment method and proceed with your order.

To pay for part or all of your group order, transfer funds from your bonus account to your personal account. Any member of the group can transfer the funds to the member from whose account such order will be placed.

Please note that after the transfer, the bonuses will only be available for placing an order in the online store.

In this case, we will replace the product or refund your money.

Within 48 hours of receiving your order, you should notify us in writing if you have received a damaged (or defective) product by email to support support.es@coral-club.com or on WhatsApp at +34 613 156 390 with the following information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Club number
• Part number and Date of order
• Product name
• Reason for return

Photos should be included.

You can cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date you or a third party indicated by you received the product.

No product may be returned or exchanged if it has been opened, unpacked, used, or if its packaging has been damaged or is not in perfect condition, or if more than 14 days have passed since you received your order. Pursuant to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 dated 16 November ("General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users") and other legislation, it is prohibited to return products that are on the list of non-returnable goods: "The delivery of sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unpacked after delivery."

For goods ordered by mistake, the return will be charged to the buyer, within the period of 14 days, at Calle Cantarerías 1, Aspe, C.P. 3680, Alicante.

The returned product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging. No open product or product with broken packaging can be returned.

Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product at the company's warehouse.

It is an international delivery service of Coral Club which helps to deliver orders from Germany to almost any country. If you didn’t find the product on the website of your region you can make a purchase using Global Delivery.

In the upper right corner choose “Global Delivery”, country of delivery and website language. Then press the “Save” button to go to a new page.

Then proceed as usual: find the product and add it to cart.

You can edit your order in the cart before the moment of making an order. After pressing the “Make an order” button you won’t be able to change data.

Order payment on the Global Delivery website is made in EUR according to exchange rate of your bank on the day of payment.

The email should contain the order tracking number — enter it in the parcel tracking field on the website of the courier company.

You can return the product which hasn’t been used, is in saleable condition and has consumer properties.

In case of refund you choose one of options:

• — exchange the product for the same, another with the same price or another with a higher price, paying the price difference;
• — receive the money within 14 days excluding shipping costs.

If the product was purchased during a promo, the refund is made together with the gift.
